Cypress High pitcher and third baseman Cameron Repetti, who helped lead the Centurions to the CIF Division 1 title, has been named the CIF Division 1 player of the year.
Repetti, who is headed to Cal State Fullerton, was also named the player of the year by the Orange County Register this week.
The awards were announced Thursday by the LA84 Foundation and selected selected by CIF-SS Baseball Coaches’ Association.
Cypress coach John Weber was named the coach of the year and Centurions’ junior pitcher-first baseman Brett Wozniak was named to the first team.
