Calvary Chapel opens league play Friday night at Santa Ana Valley (0-4-1).
The coach was pleased with the play of his team Friday.
“I’m pretty happy with how we played,” McInally said Saturday. “Our quarterback Colin Wiles had his best game of the year. He’s been improving every week and he finally put it all together.
“Garrett Lindsay had a great game as well, rushing for a touchdown and catching one. Trinity’s quarterback is a beast. Hard guy to bring down. Our defense did a good job limiting their big plays.”
