Thirty-six teams entered in annual Ryan Lemmon Baseball Invitational at Great Park

A record 36 high school teams, including many from Orange County, are entered in the annual Ryan Lemmon Baseball Invitational at the Great Park beginning Saturday, March 30, according to tournament director Dick Owens.

The tournament continues on Monday, April 1 and runs through Wednesday, April 3 with the championship game. Games will be held at the Great Park baseball stadium and other fields at the Great Park.

It’s run by the Ryan Lemmon Foundation, led by Guy Lemmon and Owens.

“We have a fantastic group of teams including two from Utah,” Owens said.

Teams:

Aliso Niguel, Ayala, Brea Olinda, Calvary Chapel, Camarillo, Canyon, Capo Valley, Citrus Valley, Costa Mesa, Corona Centennial, Corner Canyon, Crean Lutheran, Dana Hills, Davis, El Modena, El Toro, Esperanza, Foothill, Irvine, Los Alamitos, Marina, Mission Viejo, Northview, Northwood, Pacifica, San Clemente, San Juan Hills, Segerstrom, St. John Bosco, Torrance, Trabuco Hills, Tustin, University, Woodbridge, Yorba Linda and Yucaipa.

Schedules:

Games are set for the first three days with the schedule for the final day announced after games on Tuesday, April 2.
