OC Sports Zone switches gears with coverage Friday night of high school basketball.
In boys basketball, Tustin and Foothill have their annual crosstown game at Foothill and a capacity crowd is expected. Tip-off is at 7 p.m.
Coach Ringo Bossenmeyer’s Tustin team comes in 9-1 while Coach Yousof Etemadi’s Foothill squad is 8-0. The Knights are coming off a 69-64 victory over JSerra in the Beach Bash Tourney Wednesday.
It’s a game that fans, players and coaches in the community get excited about. The teams only play once a year, but it’s usually a very entertaining and competitive game. There is always lots of respect among the coaches and players.
Check back later for lots of photos and full game coverage along with highlights of other games. A reminder all of our content is free all the time on OC Sports Zone!
