Sunny Hills football team rallied from a 14-point deficit in the second half to defeat Tustin 21-14 in the opening round Friday night at Buena Park.
It’s the first time since 1997 that Sunny Hills has advanced to the quarterfinal round of the playoffs.
Jun Ahn scored his third TD of the night on a 9-yard TD run with 31 seconds remaining and Luke Duxbury and Wilson Cal added key plays on the winning drive to help the top-seeded Lancers move on.
