Orange County teams Mater Dei, St. Margaret’s, Foothill, Corona del Mar, Yorba Linda and Los Alamitos are ranked in the top 10 of this week’s CIF Division 1 boys lacrosse poll.
In addition, Edison, Aliso Niguel, Huntington Beach, Mission Viejo and Northwood are ranked in Division 2 and Canyon and El Modena are ranked in Division 3.
Lacrosse is a CIF sanctioned sport and for the first time this spring, the championships will be hosted by CIF.
