It was a big day for the Foothill girls water polo program as all seven players signed national letters of intent.
“These girls have put in so much hard work and dedication to get to this point,” first-year coach Paden Mitchell said. “I am honored to have the opportunity to work with such powerful, young women.”
The players who signed were:
Celeste Wijnbelt, utility, Stanford; Julia Janov, attacker, USC; Malia Allen, left-handed utility/attacker, UCLA; Mallory Reynoso, defender, Cal; Michaela Strickland, attacker, UC Irvine; Morgan Rios, center, Hawaii; and Paige Goemer, left-handed attacker, San Diego State.
