Saddleback High School’s football team hosted Costa Mesa in an Orange Coast League game to open the 2,500-seat athletic facility on campus Friday, Sept. 29.

The stadium, built by the Santa Ana Unified School District at a cost of $21.9 million will be the home for Saddleback football, soccer and track and field teams.
A disc jockey entertained fans before the game playing music. Opening ceremonies were held last week by SAUSD.
