One of the best parts about the first few weeks of the 2022 fall high school football season in Orange County?
The fans are back, as spirited as ever filling stadiums across the county. That was evident Friday night at Segerstrom when the Jaguars took on Santa Ana Valley.
We’ve seen numerous social media posts that this is happening at a lot of places, and it’s great to see.

Another benefit?
We’re enjoying more halftime shows, like the one staged in the opening week by Northwood High School’s band.
It really seems that high school football has never been more popular. Despite some really hot weather, we expect that to continue this weekend.
