PHOTOS: Crean Lutheran soccer team advances into quarterfinals of CIF Division 5 playoffs

Crean Lutheran High School’s girls soccer team has moved on to the quarterfinal round of the CIF Division 5 playoffs and will host St. Genevieve Tuesday at 5 p.m. on campus.

The Saints, coached by Stephen Jennings, advanced with a 2-0 victory over Highland Friday night. Crean Lutheran shutout Nuview Bridge 2-0 in the opening round.

A win on Tuesday would send Crean Lutheran (16-3-3) to the semifinals on Friday.
