Capistrano Valley Christian’s football team pulled off a 41-34 victory over Century Friday night at Century to improve its record to 3-2 overall.

Quarterback Tyler Henry hit Simeon Marton on a 34-yard touchdown pass on fourth and 10 with 19 seconds remaining to give the Eagles the lead.
The game would have gone into overtime had the Eagles not scored.
The Eagles rolled up 434 yards, as they rushed for 243 yards and passed for 191 yards.
Henry, rushed for 141 yards on 17 carries and one touchdown, and also completed 5 of 8 passes for 191 yards and three touchdowns.
Rome Demongin added 102 yards on 13 carries and also had two touchdowns.
Marton scored on each of his three receptions; all on big plays of 64 yards, 60 yards, and the game winner of 34 yards.
“Marton filled in on defense to help stop a couple of Century drives and was named player of the game for the Eagles,” said Coach Rick Curtis.
Dylen Roberts (nine solo tackles, nine assists) was the defensive player of the game and Kaden Manrique had nine solo tackles and four assisted tackles from his safety position to lead the defense.
“Pablo Moser was again perfect on his PAT’s (5 for 5) and was named the special teams player of the game,” Curtis added.
The Eagles have a home game on Friday, hosting Mark Keppel at Capo Valley High.
Century (0-4) plays La Quinta Friday night at Bolsa Grande.
