Calvary Chapel’s football team recorded its third consecutive victory, defeating Westminster 27-14 Friday night at Westminster in a non-league game.
“Waldo Castrejon played an amazing game for us,” Calvary Chapel Coach Jack McInally said Saturday. “He had 137 rushing yards and two touchdowns and an interception on defense. He had some incredible tackles for loss as well. He was all over the field for us.”

Quarterback Colin Wiles was also solid with two touchdown passes for the Eagles (3-0).
“Noah Barthel also had a great game, catching a touchdown pass on an incredible route, and a crucial interception for us on defense,” McInally said.
Westminster’s record dropped to 1-2 overall. The Lions play at Canyon Springs Thursday night.
Calvary Chapel plays Capistrano Valley Christian Friday night at Laguna Hills.
