Calvary Chapel High School’s boys basketball team moved into undisputed first place in the Orange Coast League with a 59-51 victory over St. Margaret’s Wednesday at Calvary Chapel.
The two teams came into the game tied for first place. Calvary Chapel led 29-26 at halftime and extended its lead to 46-35 after three quarters.

Caiden Curren scored 16 points to lead Calvary Chapel (16-8, 9-1). Carson Franklin scored 13 points and Brannon Berry also had 13 points and made some clutch free throws down the stretch for the Eagles.
TJ Pavia scored 11 points and Cameron Danz and Drew Bowman had nine points each for St. Margaret’s (18-6, 8-2).
