Orange’s football team defeated Saddleback 62-0 in the Orange Coast League opener at Fred Kelly Stadium.

There was a running clock in the second half as agreed to by both coaches.
The Panthers were led in the first half by quarterback Daylen Pedroza who has passed for 131 yards and a touchdown.
Dylan Moses gave the Panthers an early 6-0 lead on a 35-yard TD run in the first quarter.
Jeremiah Rivera has a TD run and Bryan Fausto had a 25-yard interception return for a TD.
The Orange band put on a nice performance at the break.
There was a nice crowd on the Orange side at this very, very old stadium which is due to be renovated after this field.
It is long due for a renovation.
Orange is 5-1 overall, Saddleback 1-5.
