The defending two-time champion Los Alamitos High School’s boys basketball team is one of 16 teams entered in the Tustin Classic beginning Thursday, Dec. 27 at Tustin High School.
Los Alamitos defeated Tustin 44-40 in the championship game of the tournament last year for its second straight Tustin Classic title.
Opening round games are Wednesday, second round games Thursday and semifinals Friday. The championship is Saturday, Dec. 30 at 7:30 p.m. The third place game is Saturday at 6 p.m.
Tustin, Beckman, Tesoro, Mission Viejo, Laguna Hills and Calvary Chapel are the other Orange County teams in the tournament. There are several teams from outside California.
First game Wednesday is 9 a.m. and the last game is at 7:30 p.m.

LB Wilson vs. Tesoro, 4:30 p.m.
Paramount vs. Tustin, 10:30 a.m.
Westmont vs. Laguna Hills, 9 a.m.
