Orange County boys basketball final scores and highlights for Wednesday, Nov. 22

RANCHO ALAMITOS TOURNEY

Tustin 57, Diamond Ranch 49: The Tillers, coached by Ringo Bossenmeyer, rallied from a first half deficit to capture a win and move on to the semifinals Friday night at 7:30 vs. Irvine. Johnny Sagarino scored 22 points and Johnny Villagrana 15 points to lead the Tillers (4-2).

Northwood 70, Palm Desert 49: The Timberwolves (3-0) moved into the semifinals of the tournament to face Royal Friday night at 6. Ryan Abaye led Northwood with 15 points, five rebounds and five assists. Aidan Arnold had 13 points and six steals, Justin Liu and TJ Navarro nine points each and Zaid Yunis scored eight points.

FEAST WEEK

Long Beach Wilson 71, Laguna Hills 68: The Hawks (0-3) were led by Dominic Bolton with 43 points and Gage Vargas with 22 points.

Lakewood 83, Villa Park 74: Villa Park was led by Dakari Harris who had a career high 33 points with nine rebounds and three blocks. Isaiah Labat had 15 points and five 3-pointers and eight rebounds and Sabeel Khan 10 points, six rebounds and five assists for Villa Park (3-4).

Westminster 72, Torrance 60

Palm Springs 38, Capo Valley 36

Pacifica 73, Huntington Beach 63

Marina 73, Valley Christian 45

NON-LEAGUE

Laguna Beach 83, University 60: Laguna Beach (5-1) broke open a close game in the second half to notch the win at Laguna Beach. Dylan McEachern led the Breakers with 30 points, 21 in the second half. Jack Halvorson added 23 points including six 3-pointers and Sam Burchi scored 13 points. Christian DeBarge led University (1-6) with 18 points. Andrew Bogard had 13 points and Shervin Moarrefian 11 points for Uni.
