Northwood High football player Ethan Duong has committed to study at Cornell University, according to Coach Paige Nobles.
“Ethan was a multi-sport athlete playing football and volleyball and earning multiple letters in each sport,” Nobles said.
“I had the privilege coaching Ethan in football where he earned first team All-PCL for defense and was a multi-sport scholar athlete for three years. At our banquet for our 2019 season it was my privilege to award Ethan with our team’s highest academic award for highest GPA (4.3).
“Ethan will be hanging up his cleats and volleyball shoes to begin concentrating on earning his degree in economics. Ethan, on behalf of the Northwood coaching staff and myself we want to wish you with nothing but great success. Have a great time this fall at Cornell.”
