Members of the Northwood High band have some fun during Friday night’s game with Santa Ana Valley.
There was some off the field fun when Northwood and Santa Ana Valley played a nonleague football game on Friday, Sept. 7.
During the third quarter timeouts, the Northwood band played a song, and then the Santa Ana Valley band across the way was up to the challenge as band members good naturedly played the same rendition.
And so it went and the fun continued on a Friday night in Irvine.
Sometimes, the final score isn’t always the only thing that counts.
