It’s going to be a busy day for Orange County football teams who will be making up games after heavy rains and lightning wiped out most of the schedule.
Football coaches, please send us other game schedules as they are confirmed to timburt@ocsportszone.com and we will update the schedule for our readers.
In addition, we are waiting to hear a decision on the Woodbridge-Beckman game which was suspended late in the first quarter at Tustin with league-leading Woodbridge ahead of Beckman 21-0. As of this morning, it is not known if that game will be resumed or Woodbridge awarded the victory.
More rain is expected today but many of the stadiums have artificial playing surfaces so as long as there is no lightning, the games should go on.
