OC Sports Zone: Community First

Here’s how to get your team recognition on OC SPORTS ZONE

In 2019, OC Sports Zone expanded its coverage to include many more Orange County high school athletic teams and we want to keep the momentum going in 2020 by including even more.

One of the questions we get most often is “how we can get our team covered?”

We aren’t able to get to all the games ourselves, but with your help we can include your team on a regular basis.

With the holidays now over and school and the normal athletic schedule resuming Monday, we thought this would be a good time to tell you how you can help.

Just email your results to Tim Burt: timburt@ocsportszone.com by 11 p.m. each night.

For basketball, girls water polo and soccer, we need leading scorers (please include first and last name) and final score and team record. If you have wrestling results, we need team scores and top wrestlers and their weight class.

We also welcome pictures sent in jpg attachments with proper identification.

We plan on once again covering sports events with stories and photos, but also appreciate the help of coaches and team representatives to provide coverage of games we can’t be at.

All OC Sports Zone content will remain free in 2020 courtesy of our partners. If you would like to join us in supporting our website please contact us.

We look forward to hearing from you and Happy New Year!
