ESTANCIA 11, ANAHEIM 4: The Eagles (2-0) got a strong pitching performance from Miles Moyer, who allowed two runs in four innings and struck out three on Thursday.
Andrew Mits was 3 for 5 with two runs scored, three RBI and two doubles; Riley Witte was 2 for 4 with a run scored and two RBI and Jake Humphries was 1 for 4 with three runs scored, an RBI and a stolen base.
Estancia plays a doubleheader Saturday at Los Amigos with games at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
CORONA DEL MAR 1, BREA OLINDA 0: The Sea Kings (2-1) got a walk-off win Thursday in the Newport Elks Tournament. Stevie Jones pitched the first six innings, striking out 11. Will Chavez notched his first varsity win with a scoreless seventh inning. Vincent Menard was 2 for 2 with and reached on a hit batter. Jackson McDonald scored on a wild pitch for the Sea Kings in the seventh inning.
NEWPORT HARBOR 1, TRABUCO HILLS 0: Elijah Haseth hit a solo home run for the Sailors only run. Dominic Viglione pitched 4 2/3 innings, striking out six. Haseth pitched 1 2/3 innings allowing no earned runs to get the win and was 1 for 3 at the plate. Gavin Guy got the save for Newport Harbor (3-0).
FOOTHILL 1, SAN JUAN HILLS 0: The Knights won on a walk-off hit by Gavin Kelley. Kelley was 2 for 3 with an RBI and a stolen base, Garrett Davidson was 1 for 4 with a run scored and a stolen base, Sean Green was 2 for 2 with a sacrifice and Gavin Lauridsen pitched five innings, allowing no runs and striking out five.
MISSION VIEJO 5, ARROWHEAD CHRISTIAN 2: The Diablos (2-0) notched a win at home. Keenan Anzai pitched four innings allowing two earned runs. He struck out two and was 2 for 4 at the plate with a double, run scored and an RBI. Tyler Holland was 1 for 1 with a double, three walks, a run scored and an RBI and Christian Viggiano pitched three innings.
SERVITE 8, LA HABRA 4: Hayden Woodson and Valentine Lopez each had two RBI for the Friars in the Loara Tournament game. Angel Acuna had a double and three RBI and Andrew Gandara was 2 for 3 for La Habra.
