Cypress boys basketball team recorded its second straight victory at the Buc Pride Classic, defeating Hamilton 64-52 Tuesday night at Bellflower.
Jared Brown led Cypress (9-1) with 18 points. Anthony Tello had 10 points.and Eliah Vaielua 10 points.
Cypress will play in the semi-finals on Friday night at 730 p.m. vs La Salle from Pasadena.

Tesoro 53, Northwood 39: Tesoro won at the So Cal Elite Gary Raya Classic. Matt De Angelo scored 14 points and Triston Broughton had 12 points for the Titans. Seth Locke led Northwood with 12 points.
Tesoro (5-1) plays Esperanza Wednesday night at 5:30 at Northwood and Northwood faces JSerra at 7 p.m.
