Crean Lutheran High School’s baseball team was the only Orange County team to earn a No. 1 ranking in the final CIF baseball poll of the year released Monday.
The Saints (19-8) are also top-seeded in Division 4 for the CIF playoffs. Linfield Christian is second, Northwood, coached by Doug Euper, third and La Habra fourth in Division 4.
In Division 1, Santa Margarita, Huntington Beach, JSerra, Cypress and Pacifica are in the top 10.
Mater Dei is fourth and Tesoro 10th in Division 2, Aliso Niguel is eighth in Division 3, Estancia is sixth and Savanna seventh in Division 5, Costa Mesa is eighth in Division 6.
Teams will begin the CIF baseball playoffs this week.
