Crean Lutheran’s boys basketball pulled off another CIF 2A playoff victory, defeating Redlands East Valley 80-66 Tuesday night at Crean Lutheran.
Chris Swardstrom and Aiden Gilbert scored 18 points each, Jon Scherer scored 15 points and Drew Yezbak 12 points to lead the Saints.
The Saints (17-13 overall) advance into the quarterfinals on Thursday night against Troy, which upset No. 2 seeded Tesoro, 56-55 at Tesoro. Troy will be the home team.
