Crean Lutheran 76, San Juan Hills 66: Kaiden Bailey scored 22 points, Braeden Davidson had 15 points and Dylan Gomez 12 points to lead the Saints, who play Mater Dei Friday at Mater Dei.

Mater Dei 78, Long Beach Poly 51

JSerra 64, Great Oak 53: The Lions were led by Sebastian Rancik who had 24 points and Aidan Fowler who had 21 points.

Heritage Christian 59, Foothill 51: The Knights lost their opener at home. Carlo Billings had 18 points and three assists, Travis Paleo had 12 points and Casey Kendall 10 points to lead Foothill (24-6).

Pacifica Christian 64, Portola 52: The Tritons were led by EJ Spillman, who had 16 points, six rebounds and seven assists. Sarge Deal had 14 points, Salim Semaan 12 points and Parker Strauss eight points for Pacifica Christian. Colin Huang scored 19 points and Devin Daniel 11 points to lead Portola.

Downey 67, Cypress 58: The Centurions were led by Michael Wright who finished with 21 points and Kason White who scored 15 points.

“We battled to the end,” said Cypress Coach Derek Mitchell. “Coach Shelton has his guys playing together and making the extra pass for wide open shots. We struggled to find any kind of rhythm tonight. I’m proud of our seniors who gave their all every day in practice. We will miss them dearly.”
