Tesoro’s boys basketball team clinched at least a share of the Sea View League title with a 66-56 victory over El Toro Monday night at El Toro.
Noah Honetschlager scored 20 points and grabbed seven rebounds, Matt DeAngelo scored 16 points and had eight rebounds, Triston Broughton had 15 points and seven rebounds and Ty Broughton had 10 points and 14 rebounds for Tesoro (17-5, 6-0).
Second place El Toro fell to 14-11 and 4-2.

Capo Valley Christian 62, CdM 53: Capistrano Valley Christian’s boys basketball team improved its overall record to 19-6 with a win over Corona del Mar in the Mike’s Long Shot Challenge Monday at CdM.
Festus Ndumanya led the Eagles with 19 points and 15 rebounds. Blaine Petronis had 16 points and eight rebounds for Capo Valley Christian.
Capo Valley Christian outscored CdM 20-10 in the fourth quarter.
John Humphreys led CdM (17-7) with 19 points. Jack Stone added 13 points for the Sea Kings.
