Andrew Rubio scored three touchdowns and quarterback Justus Thongprahchanh threw two touchdown passes and ran for a third to lead Brea Olinda to a 40-37 victory over Sunny Hills Friday night at Brea Olinda.
Rubio scored the game-winner with 25 seconds remaining in the game to lift the Wildcats (2-0) to the victory.
Brea Olinda held a 12-7 lead after one quarter but Sunny Hills scored twice in the final 3:34 of the second quarter to build a 28-18 halftime lead before Brea Olinda stormed back.
