PHOTOS: A look back at CIF championship classic between Mater Dei and St. John Bosco

Trinity League rivals St. John Bosco and Mater Dei met up Saturday night at Cerritos College for the CIF Division 1 championship and the game provided thrills from start to finish for the 9,933 fans who come out on a cool night.

St. John Bosco ended Mater Dei’s run of two straight CIF titles storming back for a 39-34 victory. Please click here for the full game story.

Fans stayed until the very end of the game which lasted more than three hours and didn’t end until 11:06 p.m.
