Century High’s boys basketball team, coached by first-year coach Andres Hernandez, opened the season Monday night defeating Los Amigos 47-22 in the Santa Ana Garden Grove Boys Basketball 2019 Four City Classic at Century.
Rodrigo Ramirez scored 23 points, Adam Santana had seven points and Tyler Thomas six for Century.
Century meets Tustin Tuesday night at 6:30 p.m. at Century in the second round.
