Crean Lutheran’s football team gets an extra home game Friday night, Sept. 6 and will host California Military Institute on its campus field at 7 p.m.
Thursday’s game in Perris was postponed because of poor air quality as a result of fires in the Murrieta area, according to Saints Coach Randall Reynoso.
“The school is greatly looking forward to hosting the first varsity football game on campus in years, as varsity usually plays our games Irvine High School or Portola High School,” Reynoso said.
“California Military Institute will look to avenge the 2018 loss by the hands of the Saints, 38-14.”
Both teams enter the game with 0-2 records.
