SUNSET LEAGUE
LOS ALAMITOS 82, NEWPORT HARBOR 78 (OT): Wes Trevino and Trent Minter each had 23 points to lead league-leading Los Alamitos (17-8, 8-0) to the road win Tuesday night. Samori Guyness added 15 points for the Griffins.
Guyness and Trevino each moved into the 1,000-point career mark at Los Alamitos Tuesday night. Los Al has four players: Minter, Liam Gray, Guyness and Trevino who have reached 1,000 career points.
Newport Harbor (16-10, 4-6) was led by Gavin Guy who had 19 points, eight rebounds and five assists. Jack Berry and Owen Saukkola each had 18 points for the Sailors.
CRESTVIEW LEAGUE
CREAN LUTHERAN 49, FOOTHILL 48: The league leading Saints (13-11, 5-1) were led by Jacob Majok, who had 20 points, 15 rebounds and six blocks. Hunter Caplan had 10 points and Caden Jones nine points and four assists.
Braeden Davidson scored 15 points and grabbed nine rebounds to lead Foothill (14-12, 1-5). Danny Kennard had 14 points and 10 rebounds, Lorenzo Turner 11 points and five rebounds and Kai Nixon six assists and five rebounds.
SAN JOAQUIN LEAGUE
PACIFICA CHRISTIAN 67, FAIRMONT PREP 55: Pacifica Christian (16-7, 2-1) was led by Michael Noel who had 18 points and four rebounds. EJ Spillman had 14 points, seven rebounds and eight assists, Austin Brinker had 14 points, Logan Stewart 10 points and 12 rebounds and Hudson Reynolds six points and five assists.
FREEWAY LEAGUE
YORBA LINDA 73, EL DORADO 63: Jordan Laws scored 31 points and Rocco Gaffoglio 17 points to lead Yorba Linda (19-6, 5-1). Marcelo Gonzalez had 17 points and five 3-pointers and Noah Barker 14 points to lead El Dorado (19-7, 3-4).
NORTH HILLS LEAGUE
BREA OLINDA 68, EL MODENA 32: Nick Chamberlain scored 10 points, grabbed 11 rebounds and had 10 assists and two steals to lead the Wildcats. Logan Severson had 13 points, Ivan Haluska: 10 points and Isaiah Jackson six points, four rebounds and three assists.
PACIFIC COAST LEAGUE
SAGE HILL 60, UNIVERSITY 47: Sage Hill went on a 20-0 run to end the first half to win at University in the final night of the PCL regular season.
The Lightning (13-7, 6-1) were led by sophomore guard Tre Cradle’s 21 points. Senior post player Jackson Cryst had 16 points, including six dunks, with some on ally oop passes. Senior guard James Karahalios finished with a dozen points while freshman guard Tolu Akomolafe tallied nine points.
Senior guard Isaac Evans topped University (5-16, 2-5) with 20 points and five 3-pointers. Sophomore center Abdallah Shami had eight points, four rebounds and three steals.
Junior forward Josh Thio scored six points to go along with three assists. Two freshmen contributed as well: center Lucas Haun (four points, five rebounds and four blocks) and Connor Cao (four points and three assists).

IRVINE 66, ST. MARGARET’S 54: The Vaqueros (23-2, 7-0) won on senior night at Irvine. Every senior scored and Cooper Stearns grabbed his 1,000th career rebound, putting him in the 1,000 point, 1,000 rebound career club.
Irvine is top seeded in the PCL post season tournament and will host St. Margaret’s Thursday. Northwood will host Laguna Beach, Woodbridge hosts University and Sage Hill hosts Portola in other games.
Northwood 63, Portola 62
Woodbridge 67, Laguna Beach 51: Jaiden Sabino scored 22 points, Jason Briggs 19 points and Garrett DiConstanzo 12 points to lead Woodbridge.
ACADEMY LEAGUE
TARBUT V’ TORAH 54, WEBB SCHOOL 45: Ari Varon led the Lions with 15 points. Jake Coblentz-Brown scored 13 points and grabbed eight rebounds and Graydon Carpet scored 12 points and had seven assists.
NON-LEAGUE
CAPISTRANO VALLEY CHRISTIAN 56, YULA 50: The Eagles (21-4) were led by Michael Ahern who had 17 points. Matthew Ahern added 14 points and Benji Makelela 13 points.
