Woodbridge will face El Modena Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the championship game of the Ryan Lemmon Invitational at the Great Park Stadium, according to tournament director Dick Owens.
Both Woodbridge and El Modena finished 3-0 in the first three games and the two were at the top of the standings, each allowing two runs, which is how the teams for the finals were determined.
El Modena will be the home team, Owens said. El Modena defeated Laguna Beach 3-1 and Woodbridge topped Bountiful 3-0.
Tuesday’s scores/schedule
Northwood 5, Paramount 0: The Timberwolves (9-11 overall) won their second straight game at the tournament. Bobby Bangs took a no-hitter into the fifth inning before giving up a single. Bangs pitched five innings giving up just one hit while striking out seven, according to Northwood Coach Doug Euper. Andres Hernandez went the final two innings giving up one hit and striking out four. Chris Nagoya hit an inside the park home run, while Joe Harper was 2 for 2. Northwood is 2-1 in the tournament.
Woods Cross 2, Aliso Niguel 1
Segerstrom 2, Northview 1: The Jaguars (11-10) were led by Bruno Banuelos, who threw an outstanding six innings with nine strikeouts and no walks, according to Coach Erasmo Ramirez. Reggie Demetre went 3 for 3 with a double that scored both runs.

Woodbridge 3, Bountiful 0: Woodbridge (13-5) earned a spot in Wednesday’s championship game. Sean McCance pitched five innings, striking out five. Matt Kuromoto pitched two innings, striking out four and also had two hits, an RBI and a run scored.
Villa Park 1, Dana Hills 0: The Spartans won their third straight in the tournament. Brandon Liu (5-1) pitched a complete game shutout, allowing five hits and striking out five. Justin Tims had the RBI for Villa Park. Tyler Gordon was 2 for 4, Gavin Grahovac 1 for 3 and Britton Beeson 1 for 3.

Wednesday games
Woodbridge will face El Modena in the championship game. All 30 teams will be involved in games at either the Great Park or Ryan Lemmon Stadium.
