Mater Dei and Newport Harbor earn No. 1 rankings in CIF girls volleyball polls

Mater Dei and Newport Harbor are ranked atop their respective divisions in this week’s CIF girls volleyball polls released on Monday.

Mater Dei is number one in the Division 1-2 poll while Newport Harbor is ranked first in Division 3.

Aliso Niguel and Santa Margarita are also in the top 10 of Division 1-2. Orange Lutheran, El Toro, JSerra, Edison and Mission Viejo are ranked in the top 10 of Division 3.

Capistrano Valley Christian is ranked third in Division 7.
