Woodbridge High’s standout center Erika Maggard has verbally committed to play basketball at Concordia University in Irvine, according to Warrior Coach Keith Clarkson.
“She will sign officially during the spring signing period,” Clarkson said. “I am so very proud of her and I am sure she will have a great college career.”
Maggard wrapped up her Woodbridge career with 1,728 points and Clarkson said he believes that she will be among the top five scorers in school history. He and former coach Eric Bangs are working on verifying the final total, Clarkson said.
