Tesoro’s boys basketball team clinched at least a share of the Sea View League title with a 49-39 victory over San Juan Hills.
The game was tied 17-17 at halftime but 3-pointers by Matt DeAngelo and Mike Mahlen led an 18-7 run and helped the Titans move out to a 35-24 lead after three quarters.
Mahlen had 18 points, Kaden Garrett 11 points and 11 rebounds, DeAngelo 11 points and five rebounds and Kyle Ritscher nine points to lead Tesoro (20-4, 6-1).
The Titans wrap up league play Thursday night against Laguna Hills on the road.
