Sunny Hills High School’s football team made the most of its first night of competition since last December of 2019.
The Lancers opened their abbreviated schedule, delayed by the coronavirus pandemic, with a 56-14 non-league victory over Fountain Valley Friday night at Buena Park.
Returning seniors David Harris, Vince Silva and Brandon Roberts combined for six rushing touchdowns to lead the Lancers.
