Rosters for first Ryan Lemmon Showcase game: Freeway vs. Orange leagues

The Ryan Lemmon Senior Showcase baseball games will be returning this year on the weekend of Friday, June 18 and Saturday June 19, according to tournament director Dick Owens.

All games will be at Ryan Lemmon Stadium in Irvine and admission will be charged, Owens said.

Last year’s showcase was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic. The games are run annually by the Ryan Lemmon Foundation and named after the late Woodbridge outfielder Ryan Lemmon.

The first game will feature the Freeway League players facing players from the Orange League Friday at 4 p.m. La Habra players are involved in the CIF semifinals Tuesday so it is not known whether they will be involved in the showcase since the CIF baseball finals are also coming up the same weekend.
