There were some close finishes and decisive wins Thursday as week four of high school football in Orange County began.

There was one game that went down to the wire as Calvary Chapel edged Costa Mesa 38-37 in an Orange Coast League game at Segerstrom.

Costa Mesa scored with 1:35 left in the game to take a 37-30 lead game. Calvary Chapel got the ball back and went down and scored. Then, quarterback Matt Peters ran in for a two-point conversion to give the Eagles a 38-37 win.
