Foothill and Palos Verdes football teams battled it out in the semifinal round of the CIF Division 5 playoffs Friday night at Tustin.
Palos Verdes rallied to win 27-24 to advance into this week’s final against La Serna. The game marked the final one for long-time coach Foothill coach Doug Case.
