St, Margaret High School’s football team clinched third place in the Orange Coast League and the final CIF automatic playoff berth with a 49-22 victory over Calvary Chapel Thursday night at Segerstrom.
St. Margaret’s (4-6, 4-2) will find out about its CIF playoff pairing Sunday. Coach Jack McInally’s Calvary Chapel team (4-6, 3-3) is expected to apply for an at-large berth in the playoffs.
