Segerstrom’s baseball team is about to wrap up Golden West League play this week looking to secure a top three finish and an appearance in the CIF playoffs.

On Wednesday, the Jaguars took part in the Halo Classic with a non-league game against California. A number of high school teams have been invited to compete at Angel Stadium, the home of the Angels.
California captured a 3-2 walk-off win in that game.
Segerstrom, coached by Erasmo Ramirez, wraps up league play with two games this week vs. Godinez. The teams play Tuesday at Segerstrom and Thursday at Godinez.
The Jaguars (10-11-1, 5-3) split two games with Katella last week.
