Calvary Chapel’s boys basketball team is headed to the second round of the CIF 3A playoffs to face Bishop Amat Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Bishop Amat.
Coach Jon Hughes Eagles (22-7) opened the playoffs defeating Eisenhower 72-47 Friday night in the opening round at Calvary Chapel.
Ethan Hanning scored 20 points and Caiden Curran and Court Franklin 15 points each to lead Calvary Chapel.
