Irvine Pony Baseball will be hosting three regional Pony tournaments beginning Thursday on multiple fields at Harvard Park in Irvine.
“We’re hosting the 7-and-under Pinto machine pitch, 9-and-under Mustang and 11-and-under Bronco Regional Tournaments that begin on Thursday, June 29 and go through Sunday, July 2,” said Stacie Sloniger of Irvine Pony.
The 9-and-under Mustang field includes teams from Irvine, Placentia, South Bay, Torrance, Los Alamitos, Orange and Cypress.
The 11-and-under Bronco field includes teams from Irvine, Placentia, Orange, Los Alamitos, Torrance and Long Beach.
Teams that advance out of the sectional move on to the super regional the following week.
