Mission Viejo’s baseball team evened its record at 2-2 defeating El Dorado 6-5 in nine innings in the Loara Tournament Tuesday.
Aaron Casillas was 3 for 5 with a run scored and an RBI and Luke Spillane was 2-for-5 with a run scored and an RBI for the Diablos.
Bryce Gamble drove in two runs for El Dorado (1-4).

Irvine 4, Diamond Bar 2: Yoni Bracha pitched well in his season debut going five innings allowing two hits and striking out four in the Newport Elks Tournament.
“Edward Kole came out of the bullpen and kept us in the game earning his first varsity win,” said Irvine Coach Gabe Cota.
Marc Filia recorded the save for the Vaqueros (3-1).
Patrick Hackworth went 3 for 4 with a double and three runs scored. Filia was 2 for 2 and Leonard Memon 2 for 4.
Irvine hosts El Rancho Wednesday at 3 p.m. in the semifinals.
