The first CIF boys basketball poll is out and Mater Dei is ranked fourth in Division 1.
Sierra Canyon is first, followed by Rancho Christian and St. John Bosco.
Santa Margarita is ranked sixth and JSerra 14th.
In the 2AA poll, Orange Lutheran is ranked second behind Notre Dame/Sherman Oaks, Villa Park sixth and Cypress 14th.
In the 2A poll, Tesoro is sixth, Troy seventh and Sonora ninth. Sage Hill is second in the 5AA poll and Santa Ana Valley is 14th in the 5A poll.
