Villa Park’s boys basketball team, coached by Kevin Reynolds, had a successful season finishing 24-5. Villa Park finished second in the Crestview League with a 4-2 record behind league champion Canyon.
Villa Park lost to Brentwood 64-59 in the opening round of the CIF Division 1 playoffs.
The team finished its season but was unable to honor its players at a team banquet because schools were closed due to the coronavirus crisis.
Seniors on the team were Bryson King, Max Domer-Zoll, Riley Schroeder, Donovan House, Harrison Davis and Dino Sdrales.
