Five Orange County teams are ranked No. 1 in their divisions in the first CIF boys basketball polls released Monday.
Santa Margarita, Capistrano Valley Christian, Foothill (tie for first), Calvary Chapel Santa Ana and Orange all earned top rankings.
In addition, Mater Dei is second in Division 1 behind top-ranked Sierra Canyon and Crean Lutheran is second in the 2A division behind top-ranked Capo Valley Christian.
