Mater Dei 69, St. Bernard 66: Mater Dei (29-6) was led by Luke Barnett, who had 25 points and made five 3-pointers. Brannon Martinsen had 18 points and 11 rebounds and Zack Davidson 17 points and eight rebounds. Mater Dei led 33-23 at halftime. The No. 5 Monarchs play at No. 1 Sherman Oaks in the semifinals Saturday.
Divsion II
Pacifica Christian 48, King Drew 48: The No. 9-seeded Tritons were led by Logan Stewart, who had 14 points and eight rebounds and Alex Stewart, who had nine points and nine rebounds. Pacifica Christian moves on to the semifinals Saturday at Oxnard. No 5 Oxnard defeated No. 4 La Mirada 61-58 Thursday night at La Mirada.
Orange Lutheran 66, St. Pius X-St. Matthias 64
Tesoro 50, San Gabriel Academy 47: Carson Brown had 24 points and five rebounds, Blake Manning 12 points and three assists and Jake Bennett 10 points and 10 rebounds for the Titans. Tesoro (31-4) moves on to the semifinals at home Saturday vs. Orange Lutheran.
