Cypress football coach Rick Feldman, who took over in 2014, celebrated his 50th victory with the Centurions Thursday night.
Cypress (3-1) defeated Katella 42-7 at Western.
“We are very excited for Coach Feldman and this accomplishment,” said Cypress Athletic Director Jeff Russell. “He is a huge asset to the athletics program and more importantly the school. His connection to the community has helped build a support system and enthusiasm to our athletics program.
“His dedication and hard work have led him to this and we look forward to seeing him continue to amass more wins in the future.”
Feldman led Cypress to the CIF Division 7 finals in 2019. The Centurions went 13-1 and lost to Temecula Valley 28-21 in the championship game.
