Buena Park, the No. 3 team from the Freeway League, is seeded fourth in the CIF 4A boys basketball playoffs.

Oakwood (21-3) is seeded first, St, Pius X-St. Mathias (22-6) is seeded third and Cabrillo/Lompoc (17-10) is seeded third.

Coach Josh Beaty’s Buena Park team (20-6) opens the playoffs on the road Wednesday vs. San Jacinto (9-14).
